1、 Equipment usage:

The resistance melting furnace is a product carefully developed and designed by our company based on the experimental requirements of scientific research institutions. It is mainly used for melting refractory metals and alloys, and can be used for smelting, purification, deoxidation, impurity removal, etc. Specially suitable for universities and research institutes for vacuum smelting or small-scale preparation of new materials.

2、 Equipment composition:

The resistance melting furnace is mainly composed of an arc melting vacuum chamber, an arc gun, an arc melting power supply, a five station water-cooled copper crucible, a flipping manipulator, a working gas path, a system exhaust, a vacuum measurement and electrical control system, and an installation machine.

3、 Main structural description:

This product mainly consists of an arc melting vacuum chamber, upper electrode, lower electrode and furnace door opening mechanism, upper electrode electric lifting mechanism, vacuum system, and arc power supply system.

4.1 Arc melting vacuum chamber: Adopting a double-layer water-cooled structure, the inner and outer layers are welded with stainless steel, and the surface is treated with matte finish, and the inner wall is precision polished. There is a flipping robot arm on the furnace body for the melting and flipping of samples. There are observation windows, vacuum interfaces, inflation and deflation valves, etc. The furnace cover is equipped with an upper electrode interface, with a novel structure and beautiful appearance.

4.2 Upper electrode and upper electrode lifting device: The upper electrode and lifting device adopt a socket type universal design, which can rotate freely 360 degrees. The electrode lifting adopts a screw lifting and electric adjustment method, which is portable and flexible to adjust. The interface is connected by welded corrugated pipes to ensure reliable vacuum sealing.

4.3 Furnace door opening: The furnace door is manually opened, which is easy to operate and simple to load and unload materials.

4.4 Water cooled copper crucible: The water cooled copper crucible is made of processed purple copper and has different capacities, which can be selected according to the amount of melted material.

4.5 Vacuum System: The vacuum system is composed of a Japanese imported magnetic levitation molecular pump, an oil-free pre stage pump, an Yingfukang BPG400 composite vacuum gauge, three pneumatic vacuum valves, and various pipelines to ensure a vacuum degree better than 8x10-4Pa.

4.6 Power Control System: The control system is designed to be integrated with the furnace body and equipped with a simulation screen. The operation buttons are arranged in a modular layout according to their functional purposes and are equipped with simulation graphics, which have high recognition and are easy to operate. The arc power supply adopts a special power supply for arc melting, with high coefficient and strong stability. The circuit is equipped with water cut-off alarm and protection functions.

4、 Equipment features:

The furnace body is designed with 304 stainless steel, which has a beautiful and elegant appearance and is prone to rusting.

9. Equipped with a professional imported infrared temperature probe, it can monitor the melting temperature and provide over temperature protection.
