20T, The 1600 degree Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) furnace is a new technology for rapid powder solidification. SPS uses a high current pulse power supply to excite and promote the solidification and reactive sintering process of materials. Compared to traditional techniques, SPS can adjust the density values of various conductors, non conductors, and composite materials to any desired value during the processing.

The highest temperature of the discharge plasma sintering system can reach 1600 ℃. Can be used for material annealing, material hot pressing bonding, surface treatment and synthesis, etc. Processing samples can include metals, ceramics, nanomaterials, and amorphous materials. This device is particularly suitable for research on solid-state electrolytes and thermoelectric materials
