SP type stainless steel multi-stage deep well submersible pump( http://www.pumpzc .. Com/sp/(hereinafter referred to as pump) is a new type of water lifting machinery made using mature processing technology. Equipped with a submersible motor, it can replace the traditional long shaft connected deep well pump and work underwater at a certain depth. It has the characteristics of compact structure, excellent performance, high efficiency and energy saving, small size, light weight, smooth operation, and easy use and installation. The pump is equipped with an elastic spherical check ring valve to prevent the impact of backflow and pipeline water hammer on the pump due to shutdown. Typical applications: Water supply systems for boosting gardens and agricultural irrigation to reduce groundwater levels in various industrial applications. Working conditions: Dilute, clean, non corrosive liquids that do not contain solid particles or fibers. The pump should operate within a thick curve performance range. Prevent motor overheating caused by high capacity due to low capacity or overload
Motor: maximum flow rate: 3 (m3/h) adopts NEMA standard insulation level: B protection level IP58 maximum diameter: φ 93mm maximum liquid temperature: 35 ° C

The SP type stainless steel deep well submersible pump adopts a submerged vertical lifting method, and its outlet is connected by pipe threads. The lifting pipe is connected to the water outlet of the pump, and the suction filter of the pump should always be submerged in the liquid; If the pump and motor are supplied separately, installation and connection are required. During operation, fix the motor vertically, clamp the pump with a pipe clamp, align the motor cable lead with the groove of the pump body bracket, fit the bracket flange with the motor connection end face, and ensure that the motor shaft extension is engaged with the coupling tooth shape on the pump shaft assembly. Tighten the nut on the motor, then extract the cable from the concave edge of the bracket, clamp and fix it with a cable sheath along the pump axis, and install the filter screen. Installation of cable sheath, remove the filter screen, loosen the adjacent tension piece in the bracket groove, take it out, place the motor cable flat on the pump body, put on the cable sheath (if there is a cable sheath with a clamp foot, gently pry open the tension piece on the pump body with a flathead screwdriver, insert the clamp foot on the cable sheath into the tension piece), screw on the pulled out tension piece, tighten it, and screw on the screws at both ends of the cable sheath. Depending on the thread type of the pump outlet joint, suitable pipe joints and water delivery pipes should be used (it is recommended to use galvanized pipes, stainless steel seamless steel pipes, or more elastic pipes for the vertical section from the pump to the wellhead)plasticDetermine the length and size of the pipe based on the depth of the well and the installation position of the pump, and tighten the threaded joint. Seal the threaded joint with polytetrafluoroethylene sealing tape or similar sealing material. For the lifting of pumps, do not use cables or cable sheaths for lifting. Instead, tie two galvanized low-carbon steel wires to the lifting ears on both sides of the water body components of the pump, or clamp the motor head with two semi-circular steel plates, and use two symmetrical steel wire ropes for lifting (for pumps with motors>30kW, it is recommended to use semi-circular steel plates for clamping lifting). The thickness depends on the weight of the pump unit. Clamp the motor cable with a wire clamp on the steel wire, and be careful that the cable is looser than the steel wire to prevent the cable from being stressed when lifting the pump. The electric pump cable is strictly prohibited from being pulled under force!
When the length of the built-in cable of the submersible motor cannot meet the installation requirements of the user, an external cable is required. The wiring should be operated by a dedicated electrician, and the length of the cable should be determined by the depth of the submersible pump and the position of the power control cabinet. The cross-sectional area should be determined by the installation length, motor power, and starting method. The joint between the motor cable and the external cable should be reliably sealed, insulated, and have a certain strength. The joint process is briefly as follows: 1) Peel off the copper core of the cable on the submersible motor according to the diagram, and clean the copper wire with a sandcloth to make it shiny. Similarly, peel off the copper wire of the external three core cable by 30-35mm and clean it with a sandcloth.
2) Insert the stripped copper wires of the three core cable and the outer round cable into each other according to the diagram, and then tie them tightly with a thin copper wire as shown in the diagram. Cut off the remaining part and press it flat with scissors. It is advisable not to tie your hands. Tie the three cables in the same way.
3) Prepare a small iron box or pot (which can be dipped in three wire ends), put the solder into the pot and heat it on the fire until the solder melts. Apply an appropriate amount of solder oil to the three wire ends and quickly put them into the pot to weld firmly. The surface of the solder head should be smooth, free of burrs and false welding. If it is not welded firmly or smoothly, it should be re welded until it meets the requirements. 4) When wrapping with polyester insulation tape as shown in the diagram, be sure to press down on half of the * circle. (Half stack wrapping method) Wrap 8-12 layers, then wrap two layers with plastic tape for strength protection.
5) Wrap the three wire ends together with plastic tape as shown in the diagram, and wrap them in two layers.
6) After wrapping, take a basin of cold water and soak the wrapped wire ends in water. After 12 hours, use a 500 megohmmeter to measure that the insulation should not be lower than 100 megohms. Otherwise, it should be re wrapped until it meets the requirements. Before installing the pump, it is necessary to connect the power cord and electrical control instrument wiring, and check the voltage, frequency, etc. Motor protectors must be installed to ensure that the motor is not damaged by phase loss, unstable voltage, and overload.
