Rotor type

Single blade rotor: suitable for conveying media containing large particles, with low crushing rate for large particles, but with high pulsation, low pressure, small volume, and rarely used.
Two blade rotor: suitable for conveying media containing small and medium-sized particles, with a relatively low crushing rate for small and medium-sized particles, slight pulsation, and a smaller volume than a three blade rotor.
Three blade rotor: a universal type of rotor with a larger volume than other types of rotors, and various performance indicators superior to single blade and two blade rotors, but it has a certain degree of crushing rate on granular materials during material transportation.
Four blade rotor: When the rotor blades exceed three blades, their volume decreases due to the increase of rotor blades. The more rotor blades there are, the less volume there is. Multi blade rotors have relatively improved stability when transporting materials, but they are prone to crushing granular materials during transportation.

Drive Type

But its speed change needs to be manually adjusted, and the degree of automation is not high. Motor+fixed ratio reducer: Strong load-bearing capacity, high efficiency, low vibration, low noise, low energy consumption, simple transmission mode, but due to its constant speed ratio, the flow rate cannot be adjusted.
Variable frequency motor+frequency converter: high torque, high speed regulation accuracy, smooth operation, stable performance, can be matched with automation systems to achieve automatic speed adjustment, ensuring arbitrary control of flow and compensating for the low degree of automation of continuously variable transmissions. The disadvantage is that the price of the frequency converter is relatively high.
