Structure Introduction: The QY submersible pump consists of three parts: a water pump, an electric motor, and a seal. Water pump section: located at the upper part of the submersible pump, coaxial with the electric motor, with three types of impeller forms: centrifugal mixed flow and axial flow. Motor part: The motor has a power of 2.2KW and 3KW, and is a squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motor. It is vertically filled with No. 5 mechanical oil. The motor is located at the lower part of the submersible pump. Sealing part: including dynamic sealing and static sealing. The dynamic seal is an integral double end mechanical seal located at the motor shaft extension, which is installed in the cavity formed by the upper cover and water inlet joint, and filled with No. 5 mechanical oil. The static seal is located at the joint of the various parts of the electric pump and adopts an 'O' shaperubberseal ring.
