Load verification: The guide rail load rate should be calculated based on the actual load mass, static torque, and impact torque. The sum of all load rates should be ≤ 1 to ensure stable cylinder operation and avoid overload damage.

Installation method adaptation: Select the corresponding load verification curve according to the installation direction (horizontal/vertical/top/wall); Among them, the vertical installation and descent working conditions need to focus on checking the buffering capacity to prevent damage to the equipment caused by impact at the end of the stroke.

Buffer unit selection: When the impact at the end of the stroke exceeds the standard air buffer range, an A/L/H hydraulic buffer unit should be selected to reduce the impact force, noise, and equipment loss.
