Note 1) When piping on the vacuum port and vacuum pressure detection port, please first fix the aluminum alloy body before piping.
Note 2) When piping the exhaust port, please fix the exhaust block instead of the product body. In addition, it is recommended that the inner diameter of the piping be above 21.7.
Note 3) When installing the main body, please tighten it with the recommended tightening torque mentioned above. If excessive torque is used for tightening, the product may be damaged.
Note 4) This hole is required for component forming and is not an exhaust port.
Note 5) The thread shape conforms to the G-thread (ISO228-1) standard, but other shapes do not comply with ISO16030 and ISO1179 standards. In addition, keep the length of the external thread of the vacuum port piping below 10.5, and the length of the external thread of the exhaust port piping below 11.5.
Usage and Installation: When using, do not drop, knock, or apply excessive impact. Even if it is confirmed that there is no damage to the appearance, it may still cause misoperation due to internal damage. Please use within the supply pressure range specified in the product specifications. When used beyond the supply pressure, the product may be damaged. The main body of this product is mainly composed of resin. In the installation state, do not apply loads directly to each port, as it may generate torque and cause damage or performance degradation to the main body. In order to fully utilize the performance of the vacuum generator, it is necessary to minimize the exhaust impedance as much as possible. In the case of muffler exhaust specifications, please pay attention to not having any obstructions around the exhaust port. In addition, in the case of exhaust specifications, if the pipe diameter and length are not reasonable, it may become exhaust impedance. Please be aware. Blocking the exhaust vent may cause product damage or breakage, so do not block it.
If the silencing material is blocked, the performance of the vacuum generator will decrease. Especially when used in dusty environments, in addition to the filter element, sound-absorbing materials may also clog. Suggest regularly replacing the sound-absorbing material
Regarding the piping of the vacuum port connector: When installing or removing pipe joints on the vacuum port connector, please fix the vacuum port connector before proceeding with the operation. Recommended tightening torque: 3-5N · m. If the product body is held for operation, it may cause air leakage or damage.
