APTECH (Advanced Pressure Technology) was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in California, USA. It focuses on providing gas delivery components for semiconductor chip manufacturing and other clean industries. ‌‌

Development history: The company was acquired by SMC Corporation of Japan in May 2007 and became a member of the SMC family, but still maintained independent operation and continued to be a global manufacturer of pressure regulating valves and valves. ‌‌

Technical features: The product design aims to meet the requirements of "ultra clean" technology, using special manufacturing techniques and materials to ensure no pollution in ultra-high purity applications. ‌‌

Working principle: The pressure regulating valve reduces the inlet pressure to the required outlet pressure by adjusting it, and relies on the energy of the medium itself to automatically maintain stable outlet pressure.
