Installation and maintenance precautions

1. Pipeline design

Suction pipette: It is recommended to be DN15 or above, with a length of less than 2 meters, and to install a bottom valve filter to prevent impurities.

Drain pipe: Install a pulsation damper (with a volume ≥ 4 times the single stroke displacement) and set a pressure valve.

2. Start debugging

No load test: Adjust the stroke to 0% and jog to check the motor direction..

Gradual loading: Increase the stroke by 10% each time and monitor the pressure fluctuation to be ≤ ± 5%.

3. Regular maintenance

Monthly inspection: diaphragm sealing and damper pre charging pressure.

Annual overhaul: replace PTFE diaphragm (with a lifespan of about 3-5 years), lubricate transmission components.
