S470NAmmonia nitrogen electrode, nitrate nitrogen sensor
The sensor consists of 3 or 5 (depending on the configuration) ion selective electrodes housed within the AISI 316/PVC sensor body, achieving greater chemical compatibility with the intended measurement environment.
These electrodes are individually replaceable and constructed in a way that ensures maximum efficiency and response speed.
The nozzle for automatic cleaning (managed by the control instrument) is integrated into the probe.
communication
Communicate with control instruments through digital RS485 Modbus protocol. In this way, magnetic field interference is actually ineffective, and the probe can even be installed at a considerable distance from the control instrument.
calibration
The probe adopts a standard solution for factory pre calibration. The curves stored in this way can be customized by inputting the customer's analysis values (the correction of this field allows for consideration of any characteristics of the matrix).
You can input a custom value table (6 points) to make the probe work on a custom curve. However, the factory calibration curve is always available and can be reset to default values.

The S470N series consists of three parts:
S470/NH4+ammonium ion sensor (0-100ppm), equipped with potassium ion compensation (0-1000ppm);
S470/NO3- nitrate ion sensor (0-100ppm) with chloride ion compensation (0-5000ppm);
S470 composite sensor, ammonium ion (0-100ppm) and nitrate ion (0-100ppm) sensors, equipped with potassium ion (0-1000ppm)
Compensate with chloride ions (0-5000ppm);
Installation and debugging are very simple, and it is easy to perform daily maintenance and electrode replacement.
In the protective ring nut of the probe cover, there is an integrated cleaning nozzle that can be connected to a compressed air or water pipe. The cleaning system is directly controlled by the control instrument. All specific electrodes can be replaced separately.
The probe configuration and calibration operation of the 50 series control instruments have been greatly simplified to ensure that all operators can use them extremely easily.
