The Kosmo series is a motor-driven diaphragm pump with a mechanical diaphragm liquid contact end and a mechanical reset device. Its main feature is a wide flow coverage range.
Widely applicable
The Kosmo series has a wide range of applications, covering many water treatment processes:
• Drinking water treatment (adding coagulants, coagulants, sodium hypochlorite, lime slurry, acid, alkali, *, activated carbon, etc.)
• Household or industrial wastewater treatment, boiler feedwater and cooling water
• Chemical treatment, electroplating treatment: addition of degreaser and cleaning agent, nickel plating and chemical nickel plating, copper plating, tin plating

The MM2 series runs extremely stably, making it suitable for various water treatment dosing applications. It adopts a mechanical device made of durable and sturdy materials and a cast aluminum shell, with a maximum flow rate of 2300 liters/hour and a maximum pressure of 10 bar.
Like other metering pump products in our family, the Kosmo series has been highly focused on durability, chemical compatibility, and stability since its inception. By adopting a variable eccentric structure, the PTFE diaphragm is directly connected to the mechanical moving part, allowing it to flexibly utilize the power of the motor during the suction and discharge stages. Therefore, it is very suitable for application in high suction head conditions.
The mechanical components are lubricated with oil bath, and the main moving parts are connected with bearings to avoid overheating as much as possible, reduce noise, and extend the life of the pump.
The MM1 series and MM2 series have very similar characteristics and functions, but with slightly lower flow rates, with a maximum flow rate of 530 liters/hour and a maximum pressure of 12 bar, slightly higher than the MM2 series.

The plunger pump offers a variety of pump head materials to choose from, and the motor can be equipped with variable frequency and explosion-proof motors. The stroke length can be manually adjusted, or an electronic stroke regulator can be selected for automatic adjustment, making it widely used.
The PS2 series plunger pump features a spring reset mechanism and an aluminum casing. The flow rate can be manually adjusted through the stroke adjustment knob, or an optional electronic stroke regulator can be selected for automatic adjustment. This regulator can receive 4-20mA current signal and digital pulse signal input from the water meter.
