1、 Core principles of pipeline design
1. Reduce the impact of pulsation
Pulsation is the core characteristic of metering pumps, and its impact on the system needs to be weakened through pipeline design. 2. Avoid cavitation and cavitation
Ensure that the resistance of the suction line is within the allowable suction range of the pump (usually ≤ 2 meters of water column)
3. Control flow rate and pressure loss
Recommended flow rate: suction tube<1 m/s, discharge tube<1.5 m/s (lower for high viscosity media)
1. Pipe diameter and material
Pipe diameter: Depending on the flow rate and back pressure, it is generally 1-2 levels larger than the suction pipe (such as DN15-DN25)
