SEKO MSA Mechanical Diaphragm Pump MSAF070O31XD080-220V

1、 Core principles of pipeline design

1. Reduce the impact of pulsation

Pulsation is the core characteristic of metering pumps, and its impact on the system needs to be weakened through pipeline design. 2. Avoid cavitation and cavitation

Ensure that the resistance of the suction line is within the allowable suction range of the pump (usually ≤ 2 meters of water column)

3. Control flow rate and pressure loss

Recommended flow rate: suction tube<1 m/s, discharge tube<1.5 m/s (lower for high viscosity media)

1. Pipe diameter and material

Pipe diameter: Depending on the flow rate and back pressure, it is generally 1-2 levels larger than the suction pipe (such as DN15-DN25)

texture of material:.

Corrosive media: SS316, PVDF, PTFE lined pipes

Non corrosive media: UPVC, PE0

2. Key accessories

Pulsation damper:

Installed at a distance of ≤ 0.5 meters from the pump outlet, with a volume greater than 4 times the single stroke displacement (e.g. 1.67L for a 20 L/h pump)

The pre charge pressure is 60% -70% of the system pressure. 0

Back pressure valve:

Set at the end of the pipeline to maintain a back pressure of 20.5 bar (to prevent siphoning and pressure fluctuations). Safety valve: When the pressure exceeds 10% of the pump's rated value, it needs to be depressurized
