When stacking sterilized items, it is strictly prohibited to block the outlet of the steam valve. A space must be left to ensure smooth air release of the equipment. Otherwise, the safety valve cannot work due to the blocked outlet, causing accidents.

2. Before each use of the high-pressure sterilizer, it is necessary to check whether the water level in the sterilization bucket is maintained at the foot rest.

When sterilizing liquid, it should be bottled in a hard heat-resistant glass bottle with a volume not exceeding 3/4. The bottle mouth should be sealed with cotton yarn, and unperforated rubber or cork stoppers should not be used. Special attention: Do not release steam immediately after the sterilization liquid is finished. The residual gas can only be discharged after the pressure gauge pointer returns to zero.

4. Do not sterilize items of different types and with different sterilization requirements, such as dressings and liquids, together to avoid neglecting one and causing losses.

5. When the sterilization of the high-pressure sterilizer is completed, the pressure gauge pointer must return to zero position, and the release valve should be placed in the release position. Allow external air to enter the high-pressure sterilizer, and after the vacuum is eliminated, the container lid can be opened.

6. If the pressure gauge of the high-pressure sterilizer is used for a long time and the pressure indication is not correct or cannot return to zero, it should be repaired in a timely manner. It should be regularly compared with the standard pressure gauge. If it is not normal, a new gauge should be replaced.

7. The high-pressure sterilizer should be kept clean and dry in order to extend its service life. Rubber sealing gaskets will age over time and should be replaced regularly.
