Overview

S6510 is a quaternary high-pressure fully automatic high-performance liquid chromatography system. Its quaternary high-pressure infusion pump adopts four high-pressure mobile phase channels and a high-pressure mixing mode behind the pump to avoid the formation of bubbles during mixing before the pump. It supports multiple gradient modes and has higher gradient accuracy. It has functions such as baseline automatic balancing, automatic start of injection sequence, fully automatic emptying, automatic flushing of chromatographic column, and automatic shutdown.

1) The application of electronic suppression pressure pulsation technology and non cumulative pressure pulsation technology improves the reproducibility of the four element high-pressure infusion pump system, and adopts a gapless universal plunger rod design to ensure flow accuracy

2) Gas blowing on the outer wall of the injection needle and independent solvent cleaning channels on the inner and outer walls of the needle effectively avoid cross contamination

3) Automatic detection function for sample tray and sample bottle of automatic sampler, online reminder function

4) Adopting forced air circulation temperature control method to ensure uniform temperature control of the chromatographic column

5) The optical system adopts precise positioning structure and efficient heat dissipation technology (deuterium lamp, tungsten lamp heat dissipation design), and the efficient optical system effectively reduces the thermal effect of the light source

6) The application of real-time leakage detection function, high and low pressure alarm, automatic shutdown, ultra-high temperature, low temperature, humidity alarm, and over temperature power-off protection technology provides safety guarantee for users to achieve unmanned operation
