Rubber and plastic low-temperature brittleness testerIt is the highest temperature at which the vulcanized rubber sample fails under specified conditions due to impact, which is the brittle temperature. It can be used for comparative identification of the performance of non hard plastics and other elastic materials under low temperature conditions. The low-temperature brittleness tester adopts a new type of semiconductor refrigeration (thermoelectric refrigeration), and its refrigeration temperature can be displayed digitally with high temperature control accuracy. It can determine the brittleness temperature and low-temperature performance of vulcanized rubber with different rubber materials or formulations. Therefore, quality inspection of scientific research materials and their products, control of production processes, and other aspects are indispensable. This machine complies with the requirements of GB/T 1682, GB/T15256, and GB/T5470. It can determine the brittleness temperature and low-temperature performance of vulcanized rubber and plastics with different rubber materials or formulations. 3、 Equipment features:

4.1 Overview: The evaporator is an important component among the four major refrigeration parts. Low temperature condensed gas passes through the evaporator and exchanges heat with the outside air, liquefies and absorbs heat, achieving the effect of refrigeration.
4.2 Structure:
The low-temperature brittleness tester mainly consists of a heating chamber and an evaporation chamber. The heating chamber provides the heat required for evaporation to the liquid, promoting boiling and vaporization of the liquid; The evaporation chamber separates the gas and liquid phases, and the vapor generated in the heating chamber carries a large amount of liquid foam. After entering the larger space of the evaporation chamber, these liquids can be separated from the vapor through self aggregation or the action of a demister. Usually, the demister is located at the top of the evaporation chamber.
4.3 Characteristics of Operation: In engineering, the evaporation process only separates a portion of the solvent from the solution, while the solute remains in the solution. Therefore, evaporation operation is a process of separating volatile solvents from non-volatile solutes in the solution. Due to the fact that the vaporization rate of solvents depends on the heat transfer rate, evaporation operation belongs to the category of heat transfer
During the thermal process, the evaporation equipment is a heat transfer device. However, compared with the general heat transfer process, the evaporation operation has the following characteristics:

C. Energy recovery: The evaporation process is a solvent vaporization process, and due to the high latent heat of solvent vaporization, the evaporation process is a high energy consuming unit operation. Therefore, energy conservation is an important issue that should be considered in evaporation operations.
