Product application:

This equipment is mainly used for sintering powder materials and small solid particles, and can be carried out under vacuum or protective atmosphere. The quartz tube is equipped with a baffle, which allows the material to be flipped over and helps to evenly heat the material.

Product Features:

The furnace body adopts an openable structure, consisting of upper and lower shell parts, both of which are made of SUS304 stainless steel sheet metal processing and surface brushed treatment. Both the upper and lower shells have a double-layer structure and are designed with air-cooled channels. When the furnace is working, the fan inside the shell starts to drive air flow and control the temperature rise on the surface of the shell;

The furnace adopts 1500 type alumina polycrystalline fiber vacuum adsorption molding, which has good insulation and heat insulation effect;

The furnace tube is a special-shaped high-purity quartz tube, with dimensions of p60 (OD) * 460mm at both ends and p100 (OD) * 200mm in the middle; The furnace frame is made of SUS304 stainless steel profiles welded together, integrating vacuum, gas mixing, and electrical control; The vacuum system consists of a 2XZ-4 two-stage rotary vane mechanical pump, vacuum gauge, vacuum pipeline, and vacuum valve. The connection between the vacuum pipeline and the pump uses metal bellows to reduce vibration, and the vacuum degree is measured by a digital resistance vacuum gauge.

Safety and durability: over temperature alarm and power-off, leakage protection, furnace door and heating interlock, disconnection alarm; The spring door buckle compensates for high-temperature shrinkage gaps and ensures reliable sealing.

Selection and usage points:

Selection: Select the volume according to the sample size, the heating rate according to the process, the gas port configuration according to the atmosphere requirements, and the temperature control module according to the accuracy.

Usage: Shao needs to be dried in an oven to remove moisture; The heating rate should not be at full load for a long time to avoid damaging the furnace and components; Regularly check the status of resistance wires, thermocouples, and insulation layers.
