The programmable machine tool uses a PLC controller to control the feed of the grinding wheel frame and the movement of the worktable. The positions of the grinding wheel frame and worktable are dynamically displayed through a grating digital display. After setting the grinding requirements, the program can automatically complete the grinding of the outer circle of the roller surface and each hole groove.

The CNC machine tool adopts Siemens CNC system, which controls the feed of the grinding wheel frame and the movement of the worktable separately. The positions of the grinding wheel frame and worktable are accurately fed back by the motor encoder. After the grinding program is prepared, the program can automatically complete the grinding of the outer circle of the roller surface and various hole grooves.

Install a tension core shaft on the spindle of the machine tool headstock. Install the roller ring onto the tension core shaft and manually tighten the locking screw at the end of the tension core shaft to complete the self centering installation and fastening of the roller ring to be processed on the machine core shaft.

The grinding wheel spindle adopts high-precision rolling bearings and is lubricated and cooled by an independent fully sealed oil pool. It is also equipped with a spindle temperature detection device, which displays the temperature changes of the spindle in real time and monitors the temperature feedback of the entire system process. Ensured the service life of the spindle. It also ensures excellent performance such as high spindle rotation accuracy, high rigidity, and long bearing service life.

The worktable and grinding wheel rack motion guide rails are supported by high-precision heavy-duty linear rolling guide rails. The precision preloaded rolling guide rail pair has a low dynamic and static friction coefficient, high sensitivity, and smooth and reliable operation. Features such as long lifespan and easy maintenance. The grinding wheel rack and worktable are both driven by servo motors, which are directly connected to high-precision gapless ball screw pairs. Therefore, the transmission accuracy is high, and there is no backlash in the reverse direction. Their movements can be automatically completed through program control, or the electronic handwheel DRF function can be used to adjust the working status in real time.

The purification of the coolant in this machine tool adopts a paper tape filter, which has good filtering effect, ensuring the cleanliness of the coolant and greatly improving the grinding effect.
