The CK450 inclined bed CNC lathe is a professional CNC machine tool developed by Nantong Jingyu with the introduction of Cincinnati technology from the United States. It adopts Japanese FANUC and German SIEMENS control systems. The appearance, operating system, and safety protection system of the machine tool are all designed to be user-friendly, providing operators with convenient, safe, and comfortable operating conditions. Due to the singularity of roller ring processing methods in the market, efficiency cannot be improved. The CK450 high-speed CNC roll ring lathe is a specialized high-speed and precision equipment developed by our company in conjunction with the market for processing tungsten carbide and high-speed steel roll rings. The equipment has high processing efficiency and good consistency, making it an ideal equipment for precision machining of disc parts such as rollers and roller rings.

Product Details

Main technical features:

1. The CK450 CNC lathe adopts an integral casting 45 degree inclined bed and plate structure, and the main components such as the headstock are made of high-strength cast iron with reasonable distribution of thick bars;

2. The entire machine and main components are designed and analyzed using advanced software to optimize and adjust their structure and parameters;

3. The main components are processed using imported pentahedral machining centers, which have high machining accuracy and small errors. After two stress relief aging treatments, they have high strength, stiffness, accuracy retention, impact resistance, and seismic resistance;

4. The saddle guide rail adopts a combination of quenching and plastic bonding. Good dynamic performance, when used in conjunction with ball screw C3 grade (JIS), can significantly improve the machining accuracy and production efficiency of the equipment;

5. The spindle motor and two axis servo motor are both driven by high-power and high-performance high-end servo motors. The strong torque drive motor is directly connected to the ball screw without any gap, ensuring smooth and reliable rotation and improving positioning accuracy;

6. The spindle unit is supported by high-precision bearings in the first three columns and the second two columns. Ensure maximum axial and radial rigidity of the spindle and optimal surface machining quality. The spindle motor adopts AC servo spindle motor, which realizes stepless speed change in the full speed range, and is equipped with mechanical hydraulic automatic locking fixture.

7. The hydraulic tool holder has fast rotation, accurate positioning, and smooth operation without impact. It can achieve bidirectional rotation and select knives nearby. Hydraulic clamping, with high clamping force, suitable for strong cutting;
