Overview

The CK8450H CNC rolling mill lathe bed adopts a 2+3 heavy-duty linear rolling guide structure, in which two rectangular guide rails are horizontally arranged to provide the movement and positioning of the tailstock, and two heavy-duty linear rolling guide rails are arranged parallel to it to provide the movement and positioning of the saddle. A linear rolling guide rail is set on the vertical surface of the front side of the bed as an auxiliary support for the saddle.

The CK8450H CNC rolling mill lathe bed adopts a 2+3 heavy-duty linear rolling guide structure, in which two rectangular guide rails are horizontally arranged to provide the movement and positioning of the tailstock, and two heavy-duty linear rolling guide rails are arranged parallel to it to provide the movement and positioning of the saddle. A linear rolling guide rail is set on the vertical surface of the front side of the bed as an auxiliary support for the saddle. This ensures that the saddle and tool holder not only have good load-bearing rigidity, but also have excellent system response sensitivity and dynamic accuracy.

The saddle knife holder adopts the AO type integral knife holder scheme. This tool holder can improve the rigidity of the tool holder during the turning process of the machine tool and reduce vibration. And adjust the position of the tool holder to adapt to the processing of deep groove hole type rollers. This tool holder scheme has been applied very effectively on the rolling lathe of HERKULES company in Germany. When turning the outer circle of a high hardness rolling mill, the one-time cutting depth on one side can reach 10mm.

Our company can also choose to configure CNC tool holders according to customer requirements (it is recommended that customers choose electric tool holders for processing profiles).

The machine tool is equipped with automatic programming software, and the dialogue based operating system can automatically program the outer circle and hole shape of the rolling mill, reducing tedious programming work. Moreover, the optimized machining program maximizes the reduction of idle feed time and improves cutting efficiency.
