1. By conducting aerial monitoring of volatile organic compounds in the ambient air and investigating the emission characteristics of volatile organic compounds from local enterprises, we aim to clarify the spatial and temporal distribution, species, concentration, distribution, sources, and emission patterns of pollutants, and create a profile of urban volatile organic compound emissions.

2. Based on the distribution profile of volatile organic compounds in the region, identify the key areas and enterprises, classify the key areas and enterprises, and carry out different levels of navigation work. For example, conducting surveys, conducting business inspections, identifying problem locations, and identifying problematic enterprises in industrial clusters, and implementing graded control measures based on the pollution situation of enterprises. Deepen the implementation of "one enterprise, one policy" and conduct long-term, multidimensional analysis of the pollution situation of each enterprise, including monitoring at the factory boundary, investigation of factory sections, and comparison of day and night emissions.

4. Rapid screening around sensitive points (national control points) and abnormal points (odor complaints, etc.), accurately identifying abnormal emission sources around the points and assisting law enforcement.
