Raw water (sewage/wastewater/RO concentrate)

Flocculation sedimentation tank → multi-media filtration → activated carbon filtration → ultrafiltration → RO system → disinfection → finished water (tap water grade)

2、 Core process of the system

1. Preprocessing stage

Flocculation and sedimentation:

Add polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and polyacrylamide (PAM) to form flocs through coagulation reaction, removing suspended solids (SS), colloids, and some organic matter.

SS ≤ 50mg/L after precipitation

COD≤200mg/L。

Multi media filter:

Quartz sand+smokeless coal+magnetite filter material, further removing fine particles and reducing turbidity to ≤ 5NTU.

Activated carbon filter:

Absorb organic matter, residual chlorine, color and odor, improve water quality and taste.

2. Deep processing stage

Ultrafiltration (UF):

0.01-0.1 μ m hollow fiber membrane, capable of intercepting bacteria, viruses, and large organic molecules, with water turbidity ≤ 0.5NTU and SDI ≤ 3.

Reverse osmosis (RO):

Under high pressure drive, the RO membrane (desalination rate ≥ 97%) removes inorganic salts, heavy metals, and microorganisms, and the conductivity of the produced water is ≤ 10 μ S/cm, meeting the standard for purified water.

3. Post processing stage

UV+ozone combined disinfection:

Ultraviolet (UV) radiation destroys microbial DNA, while ozone (O3) oxidizes residual organic matter and sterilizes, ensuring a total bacterial count of ≤ 100 CFU/mL.
