Installed in the circulation loop of the sizing tank. When carbon fibers continuously pass through the sizing tank, some of the sizing agent is carried away by fiber adsorption, and at the same time, the concentration increases due to water evaporation. A refractometer is placed between the bottom outlet of the sizing tank and the inlet of the circulation pump to monitor the dynamic concentration in real time.
Installed on the main supply pipeline. A large production line is equipped with an independent feeding unit, and a refractometer is used to monitor the concentration of the diluted slurry supplied to the sizing tank, in order to promptly detect any deviation in the ratio.
