SHDKDG-65BReactor AC inductance measuring deviceIt is a specialized equipment developed and manufactured by our company to test the performance of reactors based on customer needs. This equipment mainly tests the induction withstand voltage and inter turn withstand voltage of reactors.

2、 The technical requirements are as follows:

A. Technical parameters

Working voltage: three-phase four wire AC380V 50HZ

Rated capacity 100KVA

Rated output current 0-800A/0-200V, output current accuracy measurement at level 0.5

Adopting touch screen+PLC+variable frequency power supply (with automatic current stabilization, output current and set current error ≤. 5%)

Display output current, voltage, output frequency, and automatically convert the voltage/current at both ends of the reactor into the corresponding electrical quantity L=(u0/I) * 2 * 3.14 * f

The current generator adopts natural air cooling

The whole machine is designed with a separate body, and the bottom is equipped with universal tire brake belts

The total weight of the equipment is 500kg

4. There should be no gases, vapors, chemical dust, or other explosive and corrosive media that seriously affect insulation in the site of use.

4、 Usage and maintenance:

1. When opening the box, the electrical components and contact points should be checked for any transportation damage or poor contact.

2. Before use, check whether the contact of each electrical appliance is good, especially the contact of the voltage regulator carbon brush must be good.

3. Strictly follow the relevant operating procedures and strictly prohibit unauthorized use or use without the supervision of a safety officer

4. The equipment should be stored in a well ventilated, dry, and non corrosive gas environment.
