Overview

A reaction vessel, also known as a reaction kettle, is a container used to complete a physical or chemical reaction process. The reaction tank provides the necessary conditions and conditions for the reaction, such as temperature, pressure, and sealing. Reaction tanks are commonly used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, pharmaceutical, and food industries to complete processes such as vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, and condensation. The reaction tank can be made of stainless steel or carbon steel, and different materials can be selected according to their characteristics and application scenarios. The configuration of reaction tanks varies for different reaction conditions. For example, if only stirring is needed for the reaction, it can be a single-layer reaction tank without heating, cooling, and insulation systems. For those that require heating or cooling, a jacket and insulation layer need to be configured. This type of reaction tank often uses a three-layer structure. The heating methods and configurations vary, including steam heating reaction tanks, thermal oil heating reaction tanks, and electric heating tube reaction tanks. The reaction tanks that require cooling also need to be equipped with cooling coils or cooled through jackets.

1、 Brief description of reaction tank
2、 Characteristics of reaction tank
1. The reaction tank is generally equipped with a stirring system, which is configured according to the characteristics of the material and reaction. It can be ordinary blade stirring, anchor stirring, or anchor frame stirring with scraping wall stirring. The suitable material characteristics vary depending on the stirring speed and form. Therefore, when ordering, it is necessary to clarify the basic characteristics of the material, such as viscosity and concentration.
2. The structural form of the reaction tank can also be customized non-standard. The atmospheric pressure reaction tank can have an upper flat mouth, a side lifting lid, a lower elliptical head or conical bottom. The reaction tank with pressure is usually equipped with upper and lower elliptical heads, which have good pressure resistance. An elliptical head with an upper cone and a lower end can also be used.
The height to diameter ratio can also be set according to the material characteristics and reaction conditions.
3. The overall configuration of the reaction tank can be configured according to customer requirements, including mixing function, metering function, cleaning function, and mobility function, which can be optional or standard. We can configure various configurations as needed, with complete functions and guaranteed equipment quality.
4. The reaction tank can be used as a standalone unit or configured as a complete set, such as for distillation, and can be equipped with a cooling system.
