1. Product Description

Fuze Ais Pressure Steam Sterilization Biological Indicator (Model H3723A): A self-contained biological indicator composed of thermophilic Bacillus subtilis spores (ATCC 7953), culture medium (sealed in a glass tube), and plastic shell.

The bacterial content of the agar sheet is 5x105~5x106cfu/sheet. The D value is 1.3~1.9 minutes. Under saturated steam conditions at 121 ℃± 0.5 ℃, the killing time is ≤ 19 minutes.

2. Scope of use

Used for monitoring the sterilization effect of pressure steam at 121 ℃, pre vacuum pressure steam at 132 ℃, and pulsating vacuum pressure steam.

3. Instructions for use

1) Put this product into a standard testing kit.

2) According to national regulations, the test kits should be placed in different positions inside the pressure steam sterilization cabinet.

3) Sterilization is complete, remove the biological indicator.

4) Squeeze the glass tube inside and place it together with a control tube in a 56 ℃~58 ℃ incubator for cultivation.

5) After 48 hours of cultivation, the result showed that the color of the culture medium changed from purple red to yellow, indicating poor sterilization treatment. If the color of the culture medium remains unchanged, it can be determined that sterilization treatment is complete.
