1. System functions

1.1 Used for creating carbon dioxide (concentration range 0-25%) cultivation environments and anaerobic (oxygen concentration of 0%), microaerophilic (oxygen concentration of 6%), and special oxygen concentration (0-18%) ratios of anaerobic and microaerophilic environments, suitable for Legionella, anaerobic bacteria, microaerophilic bacteria, and cell culture.

1.2 Used for detecting Legionella, Campylobacter jejuni, Streptococcus pyogenes, Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, and Shigella; It can also be used for the isolation and cultivation of anaerobic, microaerophilic, and special oxygen concentration cultured bacteria such as Clostridium perfringens in natural mineral water for drinking.

2 Technical Parameters

2.1 Self checking function: Check the local air pressure when turned on, obtain the initial value, and display the numerical value on the main interface of the instrument; Easy to generate accurate values for any concentration of carbon dioxide and oxygen;

2.2 System principle: By using the principle of vacuum displacement and extraction, the change in gas pressure is precisely controlled to achieve the goal of controlling the gas environment inside the culture tank

2.3 Touch screen operation: The host has a built-in display screen of ≥ 10 inches, color display, different functions display different colors, real-time display of local air pressure, touch operation, no need for buttons;

2.4 Rapid cultivation environment: The fastest time to reach carbon dioxide conditions is less than 70 seconds, the fastest time to reach microaerophilic conditions is less than 100 seconds, and the fastest time to reach anaerobic conditions is less than 180 seconds

2.5 One click generation: The system can generate different concentrations of carbon dioxide and anaerobic, microaerophilic, and curved bacterial cultures with just one click, without the need to set parameters

2.6 Multi tank mode: The system is configured with 2 channels and can be expanded to a maximum of 10 channels (6 culture tank interfaces, 4 gas source interfaces). It can control multiple culture tanks simultaneously to avoid waiting and manual replacement during the generation process;

2.7 Quality Control Program: Every time the system generates the required gas environment, it will perform four tests on the culture tank, including gas source pressure, pipeline connection, tank body sealing, and tank cover sealing, to ensure the sealing of the culture tank during cultivation

2.8 Adjustment accuracy: The range of carbon dioxide concentration setting is 0% -25%, with a value increment of 0.1%. The range of oxygen concentration setting is 0% -18%, with a value increment of 0.1%, accurately controlling the required concentration for cultivation

2.9 Air source pressure regulation: When adjusting the pressure reducing valve, the instrument displays the air source pressure in real time without observing the pointer on the pressure reducing valve

2.10 Gas consumption: Achieve the required environmental gas consumption of ≤ 2L/12 petri dishes

2.11 Classification of catalyst activity detection: Catalyst activity detection can be turned off and on as needed, and when turned on, the effect detection can be divided into 5 levels;

2.12 Cultivation Tank: The system is equipped with multiple cultivation tanks, which are clear and transparent for easy observation. Each cultivation tank can support different cultivation applications

2.13 Tank specifications: 8 specifications of culture tanks are available, including small culture tanks (6 ф 9cm culture plates placed in a single tank), medium culture tanks (12 ф 9cm culture plates placed in a single tank), double tank culture tanks (24 ф 9cm culture plates placed in a single tank), specialized culture tanks for curved bacteria (8 double well culture plates and 8 enrichment tubes placed in a single tank), specialized culture tanks for microbial identification (4 enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay plates/cell culture plates/identification strip culture plates placed in a single tank), specialized culture tanks for Shigella (10 culture bags placed in a single tank), and large culture tanks (36 ф 9cm culture plates or four tubes placed in a single tank). 250ml triangular bottle or 8 packs of homogeneous bags, etc

2.14 Information Printing: The system has a built-in printing module, which can print after the program ends without the need to connect to a computer; Can set the required printing information

2.15 Gas concentration monitoring: Equipped with a wireless oxygen concentration monitoring device and built-in data processing software, it can monitor real-time changes in carbon dioxide and oxygen concentrations during the cultivation process, as well as temperature, humidity, and other information, which can be stored and exported;

2.16 Sensor Technical Parameters: Carbon dioxide concentration measurement range 0-60%; Display accuracy of 0.1%; Oxygen concentration measurement range 0-25%; Display accuracy of 0.1%; The indication error is less than 0.1%; Sensor size: thickness 19mm, length 82mm, width 40mm; easy to fit into small culture containers;

2.17 System upgrade: Different quantities and sizes of culture tanks can be added according to actual workload; Can add gas tank connections and perform corresponding software upgrades
