Origin: Italy

CD Automation was founded in 1987 and is a supplier of high-quality industrial automation products, with application experts who can collaborate with customers to find suitable solutions; Provide a wide range of products for loads up to 3000kW, such as single-phase, two-phase, and three-phase, including SCR power controllers, soft starters, solid-state relays, and temperature controllers. CD Automation provides products suitable for applications in plastic materials, ovens, textile industry, and ECC fields. CD Automation, founded in 1987, has a clear strategy to become a leading supplier of high-quality industrial automation products for Martket in Italy. The key to this success is the formation of a sales team with strong technical background knowledge. The products include controllers, starters, relays, and are widely used in industries such as textiles, plastics, and microwave ovens.

CD Automation was founded in 1987, providing thyristor SCR, soft starters, and high-quality products for the industrial automation field. Building an experienced technical sales team is one of the key factors for its success. CD Automation offers one of the most complex product lines, with loads up to 3000 kV, available in single-phase and three-phase versions, such as SCR power controller starters (soft starters) with thyristors, AC motors, solid-state relays, and temperature controllers. Their * * technology is attributed to the professional knowledge of their R&D department. For this, they must add product lines that collectively provide all the basic elements of automation and meet the majority of application requirements in the plastic, furnace, textile, and other industries.

Industrial Knowledge

General electrical safety knowledge

1. Voltage level: There are five types: 42, 36, 24, 12, 6V, etc.

2. The reasons that affect human electric shock include the magnitude of the current passing through the human body, the voltage applied to the human body, and changes in human resistance.

3. The degree of harm to the human body caused by different current intensities of 50HZ alternating current

4. Safety transformers must use dual winding transformers with separated primary and secondary windings, and autotransformers are strictly prohibited.

5. Only after passing the training and examination and obtaining certification can one operate on duty.

6. Check if the tools, measuring instruments, and protective equipment are in good condition. Safety warning signs must be carried with you, and during electrical maintenance, they should be hung first and checked later.

7. Electrical equipment that has not been electrified shall be considered electrified and shall not be touched by hand. After temporary work interruption or before starting each shift, the power supply must be rechecked.

8. The equipment is not allowed to be disassembled or repaired during operation. After parking, the power supply of the equipment must be cut off, the fuse must be removed, a warning sign stating 'Do not close, someone is working' must be hung, and it must be verified that there is no power before work can be carried out. And adhere to the principle of whoever hangs, who picks up, and whoever stops, who delivers.

When working on the main electrical panel and busbar, a temporary grounding wire should be hung after confirming that there is no electricity. The installation and removal of grounding wires must be carried out by the on duty electrician.

At the end, it is necessary to count the tools and parts carried to prevent loss and accidents caused by leaving them inside the equipment.

When maintenance personnel repair electrical equipment, the on duty electrician must register. After completion, it is necessary to give instructions and conduct joint inspections before power can be transmitted.

When it is necessary to carry out live work, it must be approved by the leader and supervised by a dedicated person. When working, wear a work cap, long sleeved clothes, insulated gloves, use tools with insulated handles, and stand on insulated pads. The adjacent phase electric part and the grounded metal part should be separated by an insulation board. It is strictly prohibited to use files, steel rulers, etc. for work. Regular testing of insulated gloves, insulated shoes, and high-voltage voltage testers.

13. The knife switch of the electrical box must not be opened with load.

14. The operation of the circuit breaker must be carried out in the order of first disconnecting the load side circuit breaker, and then disconnecting the busbar circuit breaker. The sequence of power on and closing operations is the opposite; It is strictly prohibited to open and close the switch with load.

15. The metal casing of the equipment must be grounded (zeroed). The grounding wire must comply with the standards. Electrical equipment is not allowed to disconnect the grounding wire of the casing.

16. After the dismantling of the circuit, any potential incoming wires must be promptly wrapped with insulation tape.

17. There should be no less than two people working on the equipment, and the high-voltage power supply should be disconnected, tested, grounded, and warning signs should be hung. After completing the work, a work record should be filled out.

18. The electrical equipment must have its metal casing grounded. It is strictly prohibited to twist the grounding wire and working neutral wire of the electric tool casing together and insert them into the socket. Two wire grounded or three wire grounded sockets must be used, or the grounding wire of the casing must be separately connected to the grounding main line to prevent the casing from being electrified in case of poor contact. When connecting mobile devices with rubber sheathed flexible cables, no working current is allowed to pass through the neutral protection wire.

19. It is not allowed to stack flammable, explosive, humid, or other objects that affect operation near various electrical equipment such as electrical panels, distribution boxes, switches, transformers, etc.

At midnight, the angle between the ladder and the ground should be 60 degrees. When using ladders on cement floors, anti slip measures should be taken. A ladder without hooks should be supported by someone during work. The rope must be securely fastened when using a zigzag ladder.

When using tools, wear insulated gloves and stand on an insulated pad to work.

22. In case of a fire, immediately cut off the power and use carbon tetrachloride or carbon dioxide fire extinguishers to extinguish the fire. It is strictly prohibited to use water to extinguish fires.

23. Personnel enter. Foreign visitors must obtain approval from the security department before registering to enter. Visitors should be led by relevant personnel and are not allowed to come into contact with equipment.

24. The normal shutdown and transmission of power to the subordinate power supply system must be approved by the branch or section.

25. In the event of a malfunction or sudden event, * * personnel must promptly contact to shut down the power supply.

26. Gas area operations must have hot work procedures and pass the inspection of gas protection personnel before they can be carried out.

When operating near the line, the distance from the high-voltage line should be checked first, and measures should be taken to prevent accidental contact with the high-voltage line.

28. Power should be cut off before extinguishing the fire. 1211 fire extinguisher shall be used for live equipment, and foam fire extinguisher shall not be used.
