PCH1072Mm2 Vibration Monitor: 1-channel SIL2 Machine Protection PCH1072 is a new generation of high-quality, low-cost vibration monitoring device that can be used for various rotating machinery applications. The PCH1072 vibration monitor has one input channel and two relays, providing SIL2 rated machine protection and measuring acceleration, velocity, or displacement. By using complementary Windows based user software, it is easy and flexible to set various frequency ranges, alarm levels, and delays for PCH1072.

Function of liquid level indicator
(1) Real time display of the liquid level in the storage tank and the cumulative amount of incoming/outgoing fluid using LED.
(2) Real time transmission of the liquid level, cumulative amount, and current time of the storage tank to the management computer in the control room.
(3) On the measuring device, the zero and full levels of the liquid storage tank can be set using the keyboard.
(4) The cumulative amount recorded by the measuring device can be retained, or a new initial value can be set by the management computer.
(5) One management computer can communicate and manage up to 128 measuring devices for liquid storage tanks.
Software for liquid level indicator device
The program of the measuring device is written in PL/M-51 language. PL/M-51 language is a structured high-level language that can be used for MCS-51 series microcontrollers. Its feature is that it combines the advantages of both high-level languages and assembly languages, and can directly utilize the hardware characteristics of the CPU for program design. The 1PL/M-51 language program design block has good readability, high reliability, and high code conversion quality.
The entire program is divided into two parts: the main program and the communication interruption program. The main program completes functions such as key processing, data reading, Gray code to binary conversion, BCD code conversion, display, liquid level calculation, and cumulative quantity calculation. Switch the display of liquid level and accumulation alternately every 5 seconds.
Working principle of pressure reducing valve
