Troubleshooting methods for pressure reducing valves
Fault phenomenon: Unstable pressure fluctuations
Fault analysis:
1. Air is mixed into the oil. 2. The damping hole is sometimes blocked
3. The roundness of the slide valve and the inner hole of the valve body exceeds the specified limit, causing the valve to get stuck
4. The spring is deformed or stuck in the slide valve, making it difficult for the slide valve to move or the spring is too soft
5. The steel ball is not round, the steel ball does not fit well with the valve seat, or the cone valve is not installed correctly
Exclusion method:
1. Remove air from the oil
2. Clean the damping hole
3. Repair and research valve holes and slide valves
4. Replace the spring
5. Replace the steel ball or disassemble the cone valve for adjustment
Fault phenomenon: The secondary pressure does not rise high
Fault analysis of pressure reducing valve:
1. External leakage
2. Poor contact between cone valve and valve seat
Exclusion method:
1. Replace the seals, tighten the screws, and ensure that the torque is evenly distributed
2. Repair or replace
Fault phenomenon: does not have a pressure reducing effect
Fault analysis:
1. The oil drain port is blocked; The drain pipe is connected to the return pipe and has a return oil pressure
2. The main valve core is stuck in the fully open position
Exclusion method:
1. The drain pipe must be separated from the return pipe and returned to the oil tank separately
2. Repair and replace parts. Check the oil quality
Technical measures to ensure electrical safety
The technical measures to ensure safety when working on electrical equipment are:
1. Power outage
2. Electrical verification
3. Install grounding wire
4. Hang signs and install barriers
The above measures shall be implemented by the on duty personnel. For electrical equipment that is not monitored by regular on duty personnel, the power-off personnel shall be responsible and a guardian shall be present.
Attention should be paid during power outages:
1. The distance between the range of human activities and the charged body shall not be less than the prescribed distance;
2. When power outages occur during equipment maintenance, all power sources of all parties should be disconnected.
Transformers, high and low voltage sides, voltage transformers, primary and secondary sides, interconnection line switches, upper and lower live pile heads of double throw knife switches, primary and secondary side power supplies of inverters, etc.
Precautions to be taken during electrical testing:
1. The voltage level of the voltage tester matches, passes the test, and is within the valid period;
2. Tested well on live equipment and tested the electricity on each phase;
3. Insulation gloves must be worn for high-voltage electrical testing;
4. The switch or knife switch of the connecting line should be tested for electricity on both sides;
5. For equipment with closing or live indication, no indication does not mean no power, and confirmation can only be made after verifying the power.
Precautions for installing grounding wires:
After confirming that there is no power in the three-phase of the equipment, immediately ground the equipment and install the grounding terminal first and then the equipment terminal. The opposite is true when removing the thread;
2. Grounding wires should be installed in several potentially electrified parts, and the distance from the electrified parts should meet the requirements. The grounding wires should be installed in a visible location at the work site: the grounding wires should be installed in areas where the busbar has not been painted with phase paint; The installation of grounding wires must be carried out by two people; The grounding wire must be fixed on the conductor with a dedicated clamp, and it is forbidden to use winding methods for grounding or short circuiting; The installation of grounding wires should use insulated rods and wear insulated gloves.
