2. Principle explanation: The whole machine is composed of a main circuit and an auxiliary circuit, with different measurements and controls.

(1) Main circuit:

The input AC220V is regulated by a voltage regulator, isolated by a transformer (also serving as an inverter), with a high voltage output of AC0-250V. After rectification and filtering, it outputs DC0-300V DC. Low voltage high current output of 100A and transmission of 20A. 20A has strong load capacity and can operate at full load for a long time.

The measurement of AC and DC currents adopts a new type of current sensor with an accuracy of better than 0.5%. After sampling by the current sensor, the differential amplification is sent to the digital meter for display, and the decimal points of 100A and 20A are automatically converted.

The voltage measurement has a digital meter head on the upper part of the instrument, which can select the monitored output voltage through the monitoring selection switch, basically meeting the testing requirements.
