1Overview
NJ-TG8Pre furnace molten iron quality management systemIt is a quality monitoring system for molten iron in front of the furnace developed by our factory according to industry needs. It combines our furnace temperature measuring instrument, furnace molten iron quality management instrument and other instruments with computer data processing and furnace data large screen display, making it convenient for customers to grasp the real-time status and characteristics of molten iron.

Instrument functions
On site measurement function: Iron grade, carbon equivalent, carbon content, silicon content, undercooling degree, spheroidization rate;
Select setting function: 10 inspection lines, 10 target components, and linkage between inspection lines and target materials can be set;
Calculate the replenishment function: Based on the measurement results, compare the target composition, iron weight, and yield to calculate the replenishment amount;
Recording and reproducing function: According to the measurement time sequence, it can record 3000 measurement results and reproduce the process;
Browse analysis function: can browse the trend distribution chart of main measurement parameters and the differential chart of solidification temperature curve;
Result output function: Multiple methods can be selected to transfer measurement records to other computers for processing.
