Overview

The thermal extraction thermal conductivity diffusion hydrogen analyzer is used to determine the diffusion hydrogen content in different samples. The instrument uses a rapidly heated infrared furnace to place the sample in a quartz tube of the infrared furnace for gas extraction. The sample tube diameter of 30mm can achieve analysis of large samples, and the system adopts 10 point gas standard calibration, which can be calibrated with pure hydrogen or pure helium gas. The core of the system is a high-sensitivity, long-term stable thermal conductivity detector that can detect low levels of diffused hydrogen, achieving levels below 50 ppb. For the detection of ultra-low diffusion hydrogen in high-strength steel, if equipped with a mass spectrometer, it can detect diffusion hydrogen below 10 ppb
