Powder particle size analyzer

The powder particle size analyzer is an instrument that uses the principle of air permeation to measure the average particle size of powders. It is an updated product of the Fischer particle size analyzer. This instrument is equipped with a computer, which is easy to operate, convenient to debug, and has a very fast measurement speed (about one minute for measuring a sample). It also has high accuracy, which can be precise to the third decimal place. The test results can directly display technical parameters such as particle size, specific surface area, porosity, etc., and can also save and print test data (a printer needs to be provided separately).

The WLP-216 average particle size analyzer is an upgraded product of the WLP202205208 instrument, which applies computer technology, single board computer, transmitter, voltage regulator, and digital ruler on the basis of the original product, increasing the testing speed of the instrument by 10 times. The testing accuracy can be accurate to the third decimal place, and testing a sample only takes half a minute. It has been approved by the country and has been launched in domestic and foreign markets, receiving high praise from a wide range of users. This instrument is compatible with various functions and technical specifications of WLP-205 and 208 average particle size analyzers. On this basis, it has added computer and system software support, reduced the size of the host by half, improved testing accuracy (reducing human visual errors and estimation errors), shortened testing time, and increased specific surface area measurement. The test report can be directly read, printed, and retained on the computer.

The powder particle size analyzer is mainly composed of an air pump, a voltage regulator, a transmitter high and low value needle valve, an air pressure regulator computer, and a microcontroller.
