The HYL-102 Hall current and bulk density meter is designed and produced in accordance with the national standards GB1482-84 and GB1479-84. This device is suitable for measuring the flowability of metal powders using the standard funnel method. Any powder that can freely flow through a standard funnel with an aperture of 2.5mm can use this device. This device is capable of measuring the bulk density (funnel method) of metal powder according to the national standard GB1479-84. According to the national standard GB1479-84, this device is only suitable for metal powders that can freely flow through standard funnels with apertures of 2.5mm or 5.0mm.

The flowability of metal powder is expressed as the time required for 50g of metal powder to flow through a standard funnel with a specified aperture.

(1) Funnel (small hole diameter 2.5mm)5mm)
The funnel is made of stainless steel(304 material)Or brass material,Its inner surface has been carefully polished to a mirror like shine,And it has sufficient wall thickness and hardness to prevent deformation and excessive wear.
(2) Bracket, base, and receiver
The bracket is used to fix the funnel. The base is used for installing brackets and receivers. Please adjust it horizontally, firmly, and without vibration. Adjust the height of the bracket and secure it with the included wrench, then install the funnel onto the bracket. Receiver (stainless steel disc made of 304 material)）Place on the base to collect powder.

(5) Measuring cylinder
