The WLP-205 instrument is a rapid measurement instrument for the average particle size of powder particles made using the principle of air permeation. It is commonly known as the Fischer apparatus (Fsss) or the Fischer ultrafine sieve. It is a testing method for the research and production of powder particles in magnetic materials, powder metallurgy, refractory metals, special ceramics, tungsten molybdenum materials, hard alloys, non-ferrous metals, non metals, chemical engineering, building materials, and functional materials for national defense.

Stable performance, easy operation, good repeatability, using durable Fischer plunger pump, working without noise, instrument working pressure is more stable, extending the service life of the instrument.

Expanded the porosity range from 0.40-0.80 in both directions to 0.25-0.40 and 0.80-0.95, meeting the requirements of various powder industries for particle size measurement.

The WLP-208 instrument is an addition to the WLP-205 instrument with a set of pressure calibrators. In testing, using this calibrator can easily compress the powder to the specified pressure (50 pounds force • inch or 22.7 kgf • cm). This makes the testing more convenient, stable in performance, and has good repeatability. Other main technical indicators are the same as those of the WLP-205 average particle size analyzer.

The WLP-216 instrument is compatible with various functions and technical specifications of the WLP-205 and 208 average particle size analyzers. On this basis, a computer and its system support software have been added. The host size has been reduced by half, and test reports can be directly read and retained on the computer. The instrument has high measurement accuracy and fast speed, taking only about 30-40 seconds to measure a sample.

The pressure corrector consists of a torque gauge (torque screwdriver) and a pressure measuring tube, used on WLP-208 and 216 instruments. However, the measured powder can be easily and accurately pressed to the specified pressure, making the test more convenient, accurate, and stable.

Needle valve This needle valve introduces * technology and has obtained national certification. It is widely used in average particle size analyzers or American FSSS analyzers, replacing the original high and low value needle valves in average particle size analyzers.
