Product Installation

(1) Installation of sampler: Make a hole at the sampling position of the container, with a size of Ø 51MM. Insert the welded pipe into the hole, paying attention to probing about 1MM inside the container, and weld firmly.

(2) Install the instrument control box in an appropriate location, as shown in the following figure:

(3) Connect the gas pipeline: Insert the gas pipeline into the fixed socket of the control box and sampler

Product Operating Procedures

1) Firstly, ensure that the external air source is unobstructed, the shift valve is in the closed position, and the sampling bottle is installed;

2) Observe the reading of the pressure regulating valve and adjust the air source pressure between 0.4~0.8MPa. Attention: When adjusting the air source pressure, first pull up the knob, then rotate it left and right, and after adjustment, press down the knob;

3) Adjust the shift valve to the sampling position and turn the hand valve left and right to start sampling. The material enters the sampling bottle (the sampling speed can be adjusted by adjusting the air source speed control valve);

4) When the sampling amount is reached, stop pulling the hand valve, place the hand valve in the "return to sample" position, and adjust the shift valve to the "closed" position;

5) Adjust the shift valve to the "blow" position and start blowing (the blowing force can be adjusted by adjusting the air source speed control valve). After blowing clean, adjust the shift valve to "closed";

6) Remove the sampling bottle and complete the sampling. Install blind plates at the sampling port position to ensure that the sampler system remains sealed. Refer to the following figure:
