The air separation industry has always used two types of containers and two-step operation methods for the collection and vaporization of liquid oxygen. The first step is to collect liquid oxygen using insulated containers; The second step is to remove a small amount of liquid oxygen from the insulated container and place it in the vaporization chamber for thorough vaporization before analysis. Considering that liquid oxygen belongs to ultra-low temperature liquids, even when using insulated containers for sampling, vaporization may occur. In addition, vaporization may also occur during the process of collecting samples at the device collection point and taking them to the laboratory. Vaporization of liquid oxygen will cause pressure on the wall of the insulated container, thereby posing a safety hazard; Transferring trace amounts of liquid oxygen from the insulated container to the vaporization chamber requires manual operation, as liquid oxygen is an ultra-low temperature liquid that can cause harm to operators.
Liquid oxygen sampler
The liquid oxygen sampler is a specialized accessory for liquid oxygen analysis. It uses a 1ml vaporization bucket to sample the liquid oxygen, and then places it in the vaporization chamber to fully vaporize before connecting it to a gas chromatography analyzer. Suitable for liquid media without open flames or heating equipment, without direct sunlight, and without corrosive effects on 316L materials.
