It is based on SH0233-92 "Sampling Method for Liquefied Petroleum Gas". Suitable for sampling various toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive and other hazardous medium and low-pressure gas and liquid media in petrochemical plants. The authenticity of sample collection is strong, with no residual liquid or gas emissions, effectively preventing the damage of toxic and harmful media to users, while also avoiding environmental pollution and potential dangerous accidents caused by flammable and explosive media during sampling.
Product composition and characteristics:
1. Based on an online sampler, it consists of a box body, valve fittings, sampling steel cylinder/closed sampling cylinder, flange, pressure gauge and other components.
2. The material of the box is 304/316 stainless steel, with two forms: box type and panel type, which are rust proof and corrosion-resistant, and have a beautiful appearance. The sampling bottle is connected to the process pipeline using quick connections, with a user-friendly design, reasonable layout, and simple and convenient operation.
3. There are two types of sampling bottles: glass bottles (ordinary open mouth bottles&sealed pressure resistant bottles) and stainless steel sampling cylinders.
4. The sampling process is equipped with an exhaust port to remove residual media from the pipeline, obtaining accurate and safe samples that are environmentally friendly.
5. Sampling of high-temperature (low-temperature) media requires cooling (heating) to room temperature of around 20 ℃, and a closed sampler can be equipped with a cooling (heating) system.
6. Equipped with sampling steel cylinders that are formed by one-time spinning, without welding defects, and have smooth inner walls and strong corrosion resistance.
7. Users can choose to add various functions according to the different physical and chemical properties of the medium to ensure the efficiency, accuracy, and safety of the sampling process.
