1. Funnel (one outlet 2.5mm and one outlet 5.0mm)
The funnel is made of stainless steel or brass material and has sufficient wall thickness and hardness to prevent deformation and excessive wear.
2. The bracket, base, and receiving cylinder bracket are used to secure the funnel. The base is used for installing brackets and receiving measuring cylinders. Please adjust it horizontally, firmly, and without vibration. Adjust the height of the bracket and secure it with the included wrench, then install the funnel onto the bracket. The receiving cylinder (stainless steel plate) is placed on the base to collect powder.
3 . The balance (provided by the user) can weigh up to 100g with an accuracy of 0.05g.
4. The measuring cup is equipped with a stainless steel measuring cup with a capacity of 25ml. Users can refer to the provisions of the national standard GB 1479-84 to complete the determination of the loose density of metal powder (leakage method).
5. The instrument consists of an electrical part of the control box and a testing part, and automatically opens the discharge port timing. Stop timing after the sample flows out.
