Portable fault recording tester for real-time monitoring of product functions

Portable fault recorderIt is a portable instrument that integrates electrical testing, fault recording, and comprehensive power monitoring functions. It adopts an all-in-one structure and is equipped with high-performance processing, acquisition, operation, and communication components, achieving * data processing capabilities. It can be used for steady-state measurement and transient record analysis in various links of the power system.

The oscilloscope is equipped with multiple analog channels, all of which use electrical isolation technology, with an isolation withstand voltage of up to DC3000V; The simulation channel types include AC voltage, AC current, DC voltage, DC current, speed signal, etc., covering the electrical signal types of various links in the power system. The types of switch input signals include active and passive. The switch output signal is a relay node.

The oscilloscope has a fully functional integrated software, including functions such as waveform recording, testing, monitoring, and long-term recording. The remote computer (upper computer) software provided can be connected to the oscilloscope through a local area network to achieve remote operation of the equipment.

The main functions of the oscilloscope include:

Real time monitoring: The oscilloscope is connected to 16 analog signals and 16 switch signals. Real time display of waveforms, harmonics, vector diagrams, and real-time calculation of analog effective values and derived quantities (frequency, active power, reactive power, power angle, zero sequence, negative sequence, etc.).

Generator electrical testing: Various generator characteristic testing items, including generator no-load test, short circuit test, frequency characteristic, leading phase test, load rejection test, rotor AC impedance, synchronous device verification, as well as various tests of excitation regulator, such as step test, demagnetization test, zero voltage rise test, etc.

Fault recording: Equipped with a complete fault recorder function, it monitors real-time signals according to predefined fault criteria and starts waveform recording when the criteria are met. It can automatically and accurately record the changes in various electrical quantities before and after a fault occurs in the power system.

Long term waveform recording: Continuously recording the waveform, effective value, and switch status of analog signals for a long time. The maximum recording time is 31 days, and the maximum selectable sampling frequency is 10kHz.
