  1. Modular design of pressure control circuit: Our company has developed a specialized instrument control module that eliminates the design of discrete components, making it easier to maintain, with low failure rate, simplicity, and features that other manufacturers do not have

    • The communication protocol has a high frequency of 19200bps, which can quickly connect with computers for operation and data transmission;

    • Long data storage time, 10000 hours of data storage, surpassing the storage time of other manufacturers; The data recording frequency is 1 second, with precise counting, while other manufacturers record it in 1 minute, with accurate records of sample rupture;

    • When the static hydraulic host works for a long time (such as 1000 hours), the computer can be turned off. As long as the host works, after the experiment is completed, the computer can be turned on to download data, print test results, and extend the service life of the computer. (Other manufacturers cannot turn off the computer after 200 hours, otherwise data cannot be recorded)

    • Dustproof, waterproof and fog resistant, independent power supply, no interference with each other, and any problems on one route will not affect the continued operation of other routes for testing.

    • Automatic data saving function before power outage, data will not be lost after incoming call;

    • To ensure the accuracy of pressure, an 8-point correction function is used for pressure calibration, which is adjusted step by step; Control accuracy: 10MP *, accuracy is 0001MPa; 16MP*, The accuracy is 0.01MPa.

    • There are multiple control modes with functions such as operation, stop, leakage, overvoltage warning, and rupture recognition, enabling operators to leave the experimental site during the testing process. When the sample leaks or ruptures, an automatic alarm will sound and the circuit will be automatically closed. Other tests will continue to proceed normally until the end of the test.

    working principle

    The working principle of this machine is:

    1) Set the control pressure and range of the main pressure instrument to ensure that the pressure source provides a pressure higher than the maximum pressure of the branch23MPaThe pressure is stored in the accumulator.

    2) Calculate the test pressure according to the ring stress requirements of the sample, and set the control pressure and range of the branch pressure instrument accordingly. After operation, the instrument controls the solenoid valve to be fully conductive, causing the pressure of the sample to rise rapidly. When the set pressure is reached, enter the pressure replenishment stage.

    3) During the pressure replenishment stage, the solenoid valve intermittently conducts based on instrument data, allowing the pressure in the pressure source accumulator to be replenished into the sample.

    4) When the pressure of the pressure source drops below the set pressure, the plunger pump starts working and stops working.

    5) This machine also has functions such as operation, stop, leakage warning, and rupture recognition, allowing operators to leave the experimental site during the testing process. When the sample leaks or ruptures, an automatic alarm will sound and the circuit will be automatically closed. Other tests will continue to proceed normally until the test is completed. It has excellent performance price ratio among similar models and is an ideal product to replace imports.

    6) The machine has a serial port that can be equipped with an external computer, which can draw pressure time curves, real-time query control pressure values, print and output reports, and replace manual duties. When the computer machine stops working, the instrument can still continue to work. But the computer does not directly control the solenoid valve, it must be controlled by an instrument, and the instrument cannot stop working during the test. During the experiment, the computer can be turned off at any time to perform other business tasks, and the host is working normally. When the host is connected to the computer, the host automatically transfers data to the computer without any impact on the experiment.
