System Overview:
Plastic degradation rate tester (detection system)Create the necessary environmental conditions and, under controlled composting conditions, determine the final aerobic biodegradation capacity of the material by microbial degradation of the material and measuring the conversion rate of organic carbon to carbon dioxide during the process.

System principle:
Mix the experimental material with the inoculum and place it in a biodegradation system. The mixture undergoes aerobic biodegradation under set temperature conditions. The experimental materials are decomposed by microorganisms into carbon dioxide (CO2), water (H2O), mineralized inorganic salts containing these elements, and new biomass. Real time online detection of CO2 production through an infrared carbon dioxide analysis system, with software automatically recording and saving data. The ratio of actual CO2 production to theoretical CO2 production is the biodegradation rate of the sample. Simultaneously monitoring the production of O2 facilitates the evaluation and control of the entire degradation process. Meet the requirements of GB/T20197-2006- Definition, Classification, Identification and Degradation Performance Requirements for Degradable Plastics, as well as the referenced method standards for vermiculite method and composting method.
