1、 Introduction to Micro Jet Technology
Microfluidic technology is an interdisciplinary technique that utilizes microchannels and structures to achieve specific and complex fluid manipulation. The micro jet homogenizer utilizes mature and stable hydraulic technology to pressurize liquid materials under the action of a plunger pump. With accurate pressure regulation, the material pressure is increased to the set pressure value; The pressurized material flows towards a diamond nanoprocessor with a fixed geometric shape and generates high-speed microjets. The material with high-speed jets generates physical forces such as shear, collision, and cavitation effects in the microchannels of the nanoprocessor, thereby reducing the particle size, homogenizing, and emulsifying the material, and achieving the effect of encapsulating the active ingredients.

2、 Working principle of microjet homogenizer
Microfluidic injection is the process of injecting high-pressure suspension materials into channels with pore sizes ranging from tens to hundreds of micrometers through hydraulic means. This creates a huge pressure gradient before and after the valve inlet, causing the suspension of the material to undergo high-speed shear to achieve initial crushing; After passing through the valve hole, the material liquid forms a high-speed jet with subsonic or supersonic velocity. At the outlet of the valve hole, due to the velocity difference and turbulence, the material is broken again; When a high-speed jet collides with a diamond target plate or a jet in the opposite direction at high speed, it forms a target impact crushing and strengthening crushing effect, completing the ultrafine crushing of suspended particles in the material liquid.
