Each ORTEC photomultiplier tube base is designed to accommodate a specific type of PMT to distribute operating voltage to all its components and obtain signals from them.Generally, an external power source is used to provide high voltage to the PMT base. Recently, the power supply has been integrated into the base, and now even multi-channel analyzers are integrated into the PMT base. All of these types of models can be obtained from ORTEC.
