Instructions for using the three instruments
1. After unpacking the instrument, please refer to the packing list to check if the accessories are complete.
2. Place the thermal stability test chamber on a horizontal table and keep the turntable in a horizontal position.
3. Take 120ml of sample separately from the measuring cylinder, pour it into a clean and dry test cup, place it in the position of the test cup on the turntable of the test chamber, install the thermometer on the thermometer holder, and insert the mercury head of the thermometer into the sample to measure the temperature of the sample. Close the door of the test chamber and turn on the power.
4. Turn on the power switch, the temperature control meter starts working, set the temperature on the temperature control meter, and the box begins to heat up. Turn on the start switch, and the turntable will start working.
5. When the temperature of the temperature control meter reaches the set temperature, adjust the timer time to 4 hours, turn on the timer switch, and the timer starts to work.
6. After the timing is completed, the timer will sound an alarm reminder. This should be done by sequentially turning off the timer, starting, and power switches, and opening the box door to allow the sample to cool naturally for 30 minutes. Then take out the sample and cool it to room temperature in a dryer, and measure the color of the sample according to GB/T3555.
7. During the operation of the test chamber, the temperature of the sample should be recorded every hour. When observing the temperature of the sample, turn on the lighting, turn off the motor, stop the turntable in a convenient position for observation, and observe the thermometer through the observation window. Do not open the test door, and the observation time should not exceed 1 minute each time. After observation, quickly start the turntable and turn off the lighting.
Four precautions
1. This instrument must be reliably grounded before use.
2. When the instrument malfunctions, it should be handled by professionals and should not be disassembled at will.
3. Keep the instrument clean, prevent oil samples and other dirt from splashing on the instrument, and avoid water and moisture.
