JCB33400-02 Diesel Total Pollutant Content AnalyzerIt is designed and manufactured by our company in accordance with the latest standard GB/T 33400-2016 "Determination of Total Pollutant Content in Middle Distillates, Diesel and Fatty Acid Methyl Esters". The method for determining the total pollutant content in diesel and pure fatty acid methyl ester (BD100) with a volume fraction of no more than 30% specified in the standard for middle distillate oil and fatty acid methyl ester. Also used for samples with a 20 ℃ kinematic viscosity not exceeding 8 mm2/s, or a 40 ℃ kinematic viscosity not exceeding 5 mm2/s, and samples with a total pollutant content of 12 mg/kg to 30 mg/kg; It also applies to samples with total pollutant content exceeding this range. It is the first product for refining enterprises and testing institutions to determine the total pollutant content in diesel.

4、 Main component functions
1. Power supply: Turn on or off the instrument power supply
2. Vacuum pressure regulating valve: used to adjust the pressure of the vacuum pump, so that the absolute pressure inside the device reaches the range of 2KPa-5KPa (corresponding to the range of the instrument vacuum pressure gauge being around -0.96 to -0.99 Bar)
3. Counter: hour, minute, second, can be set from 0-99.99 respectively. The counter has two rows of small buttons, with the first two digits corresponding to the numbers from 00 to 99; The middle position can be set to H hours, M minutes, S seconds; Set the last two digits as numbers from 00 to 99; For example, setting: 30 M 20 is equivalent to 30 minutes and 20 seconds
5、 Instrument connection
1. Arrange the sand core filtration device and suction filter bottles according to the diagram. And install the filter membrane. The suction bottle and filtration device are connected by a rubber hose.
2. Connect the grounding terminal on the left side of the instrument to the blue clip with a wire to prevent static electricity!! (Refer to Figure 1 in standard GB/T 33400-2016)
3. The grounding terminal on the right side of the instrument is connected to a copper wire that extends into the suction filter bottle and into the entire device through an air circuit tube to prevent the generation of static electricity during the experimental process!! (Refer to Figure 1 in standard GB/T 33400-2016)
4. Connect the vacuum pump to the vacuum pump interface on the lower right side of the instrument using a rubber hose. The suction port on the upper right of the instrument is connected to the side port of the suction bottle with a rubber hose.
6、 Operation of instruments
Before use, the operator must understand the standard GB/T 33400-2016 "Determination of Total Pollutant Content in Middle Distillates, Diesel and Fatty Acid Methyl Esters". And the safety precautions in the standard.
1. First, set the timer and adjust it to 30 minutes (30 minutes).
2. Turn on the power switch of the vacuum pump and start the vacuum pump.
3. Turn on the power switch of the instrument (power light on) and start the instrument.
4. Adjust the vacuum pressure regulating valve on the instrument to the appropriate pressure required (-0.96 to -0.99 Bar)
5. Pour the prepared sample from the filter funnel into the device for filtration according to the standard, and start the experiment.
