1) Unopened reagent kit: The shelf life is 6 months, and all reagents are stored according to the label on the reagent bottle.

2) Used reagent kit: The remaining reagents still need to be stored at the temperature indicated on the label of the reagent bottle. Use up within one month after opening.

3. Incubation: Strictly follow the incubation time and temperature specified in the instructions.

4. Control of reaction time: After adding the substrate, please observe the color change of the reaction well regularly. If the color is darker, please add a stop solution in advance to terminate the reaction.

5. It is recommended to predict the sample content before the experiment. If the sample concentration is too high, the sample should be diluted and the calculation result should be multiplied by the corresponding dilution factor.

6. It is recommended to conduct a pre experiment (i.e., test a few specimens with a standard curve) before using this kit.
