basic design
The ORIGA rodless cylinder profile has a guide groove along its entire length. The force is transmitted through the connecting ear plate on the piston, which extends from the groove. A thin steel strip covers the entire length of the groove from the inside, achieving excellent sealing effect. The inner sealing steel strip runs under the ear plate and between the two piston rubber sealing rings. Another steel strip covers the groove from the outside to prevent dust. The piston is equipped with a permanent magnet for position detection. The cylinder profile has an external longitudinal groove, which can be used for installing sensors, mounting components, etc.
This cylinder has three specifications: diameter 25, 32, and 40 millimeters.

In a regular working environment, it is recommended to inspect and re lubricate as needed according to the separate instructions, with the following cycle:
Cylinder: Check for leaks every 6 months.
Sliding guide rail: Check and re lubricate every 6 months or when the operating distance reaches 500 kilometers.
Roller guide rail: Check and re lubricate every 6 months or when the operating distance reaches 100 kilometers.
To prevent contamination such as fluid intrusion, avoid spraying liquid directly onto the outer sealing tape.
After any cleaning operation, the guide rails should be re lubricated.
