1. Product principle

The sulfides in the water sample are acidified, and the generated hydrogen sulfide enters the absorption bottle/absorption color tube with the carrier gas (nitrogen) and is absorbed by the absorption solution (zinc acetate sodium acetate solution or 2% sodium hydroxide solution). The corresponding analysis method is selected to analyze and determine the sulfur ions absorbed in the absorption bottle/absorption color tube.

Parameters of Sulfide Blowoff Device for Hangzhou Water Quality

Operation method:
1. Turn on the power (make sure distilled water has been poured into the water bath) and the cooling fan is running
2. Set the temperature of the constant temperature water area according to the national standard method (temperature controller)
3. Raise the sample holder to the appropriate height (lift switch)
4. Load the reaction bottle and absorption tube containing the water sample to be tested into the sample rack
5. Connect all nitrogen blow pipes and check the airtightness of the device.
6. Pass nitrogen gas and adjust the rotor flowmeter to the appropriate flow rate according to the national standard requirements. Control the total nitrogen consumption of the sample.
7. Adjust the nitrogen flow rate of each sample to be the same based on the speed and quantity of bubbles rising in the absorption tube.
8. Lower the sample holder to an appropriate depth in a constant temperature water bath.
9. Preprocess according to the operating steps of the national standard method.
10. During the preprocessing process, observe and adjust the total nitrogen flow rate and the nitrogen flow rate of the absorption color tube at any time.
11. Set the temperature of the thermostat to below room temperature after use, and turn off the power after the water bath temperature drops.
