Used to determine the adhesion ability of various coatings to the surface of the coated object.

2、 Structural principle:

1. The main transmission part is composed of a handwheel, sprocket, and helical gear. When the handwheel is rotated, the worktable moves left and right, while the needle is drawing a circle.

2. The head section is composed of the following two components.

a. Double headed square screws are used to adjust the head up and down.

b. The lower dovetail plate is connected by a sliding dovetail and a screw with a hand drawn needle to adjust the drawing diameter.

3. The workbench is equipped with a movable half nut and screw connection at one end to drive the workbench to move forward and backward. There are four nuts and two pressure plates on the workbench for pressing and placing test pieces.

4. The machine base is used to support the workbench and tracing head.

3、 Specifications:

1. Draw the diameter of the shape: 0-10.5 millimeters.

2. Effective area of workbench: 50mm * 100mm.

3. Add weights to four, one weighing 500 grams, two weighing 200 grams, and one weighing 100 grams.

4. The needle adopts 808 grade stylus, which can be easily replaced and used less than 5 times.

5. The effective travel of the workbench is not less than 80 millimeters.

1. Prepare samples according to the prescribed requirements.

2. It is recommended to replace the steel needle with a new one at the beginning of use, with the needle tip about 3 millimeters away from the workbench.

3. Adjust the eccentric position of the needle tip according to the required diameter, and then tighten it with screws.

4. Place the prepared sample with the coating facing up on the workbench and press it tightly with a pressure plate.

5. Add weights to the weight plate as required by regulations.

6. Lift the movable half nut to move the workbench to the outer end, and then lower the movable half nut.

7. Move the pressure rod to make contact between the needle tip and the membrane surface.

8. Shake the handwheel, and the steel needle will draw a spiral pattern on the template. Based on the pattern, the adhesion of the coating can be judged as excellent, good, medium, poor, or poor.

5、 Maintenance, storage, and transportation:

1. The sliding parts should be regularly coated with oil (No. 20 engine oil and Vaseline) to prevent rusting.

2. Before conducting the measurement work, the oil hole and guide rail of the instrument should be lubricated with oil and used flat.

3. Be careful not to collide with steel needles when moving the workbench.

4. A steel needle usually needs to be replaced after 5 uses.

5. When conducting the experiment, it must be pierced to the bottom of the coating film, based on the exposed surface of the drawn pattern.

6. This instrument is not suitable for wood or plastic samples.

7. Attention should be paid to cleaning this instrument after use. And properly cover to prevent dust and moisture.

8. When not in use for a long time or during transportation, it should be wrapped in plastic bags with desiccants inside, protected by wooden boxes on the outside, and filled with soft materials to prevent shaking and affect the use of the instrument.

9. This instrument shall be repaired free of charge by our factory within one year from the time it is sent to the user by the manufacturer, in case of any adverse effects on its use due to poor manufacturing quality in accordance with the conditions of use, maintenance, storage, and transportation specified in this instruction, except for steel needles which are consumables.
